Shipping policy
1. Order Processing & Production
Because Serene Society follows a sustainable, made-to-order model, each item is printed specifically for you after your order is confirmed.

Production Time: Please allow 2–5 business days for your apparel to be printed and quality-checked.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another notification once your package has been handed over to our courier partner.
2. Shipping Estimates & Delivery
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped from our facility in India.

Metros: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Rest of India: 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Local: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express) and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: A flat fee of ₹70 applies to all orders.

Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over ₹1,499.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy
To ensure the "serenity" of our operations and reduce the risk of uncollected packages:

An additional ₹50 COD handling fee is charged by our couriers for all COD orders.

We may reach out via WhatsApp or Phone to confirm your COD order before processing. Unconfirmed orders may be cancelled at our discretion.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or SMS. You can monitor your package’s journey directly through the courier’s portal.
6. Address Accuracy
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Serene Society is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, a re-shipping fee will apply.
7. Missing or Damaged Packages
If your tracking status shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please contact us at customerservice@serenesociety.live within 48 hours. For items damaged during transit, please refer to our Refund Policy.
