Refund policy
Overview
At Serene Society, all our products are custom-printed specifically for you. Because of this "Made-to-Order" process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or size errors.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. We only replace items if they are:

Defective or damaged upon arrival.

The wrong size/color compared to your order.
If you encounter an issue, contact us at customerservice@serenesociety.live within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and the shipping label.
Returns Process
If your return is approved, items must be sent to our facility in Rohtak, Haryana. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
